Kathleen Wonders an introspective life of wonder and meaning

About Kathleen Wonders

Hey there!

I’m Kathleen—an aspiring artist, chronic overachiever, and writer at heart.

They say there isn’t anyone you couldn’t learn to love once you’ve heard their story, and this is mine.

I was an architect in the past and spent more than a decade trying to find meaning in the work I was doing. I was in a gloomy place, changing into someone I could barely recognize. Luckily, I was able to make a choice to let go of that career and move somewhere new to rediscover myself.

I used to be lost, but now am found. Surprisingly, I was there all along, buried underneath all the doubts, fears, and anxieties. I still consider myself an architect, not of spaces, but of words.

Kathleen Wonders is a place for my work. And the purpose of this work is to help as many people find themselves and live more well-balanced lives, filled with wonder and meaning.

I hope you can join me in this journey of rediscovery and introspection and find that you too can live more meaningfully.

Behind The Name

To wonder can mean being curious or in awe. You can wonder about something, ask why a certain thing happens or how something can be improved. You can wonder at the beauty of art, the poignancy of words, or the greatness of creation. As someone who wonders a lot in both ways, I thought it was apt to name my blog Kathleen Wonders. I hope you find a lot of cause to wonder, because the desire to know and the gratitude for life often come hand in hand in living a meaningful life.

“Think and wonder, wonder and think.”
